Text from Word/OpenOffice docs won't print from multiple computers

I had similar problem like this. I solved it with converting the file. Try to use online converter. Here is the one i prefer:  https://www.converter365.com/document-converter/odt/odt-to-pdf

Sometimes this stuff just happens to me, and i just convert them in different file format and return it to previus file format if needed.

It would need to be a driver issue. It affects files that are not print ready it seems (pdf is print ready already)

My guess is both are using the Microsoft Class drivers instead of the drivers available on Xerox.com

Trying to print via WiFi from multiple laptops.  Can print PDFs with no issue.  Can print web pages with no issue.  Trying to print Word and Excel docs from PC one (Lenovo laptop), get following error:

STACK: 0.0 , 0.0 , 1.0 , 15.04 , 15.04 ,

Tried a second laptop (Dell) using OpenOffice.  Doc contains image and text.  Image was fine, but text was not printed - same error message.  Tried 3 file types: docx and odt produced error, pdf of document printed with no issue.

Thoughts?
