Thru some try and error and reading of IBM webpages on WSCST files, we made the below tweak. Settings for your environment maybe different.
Changed this section of code:
:CPICOR CPI=15 ASCIIFNT= 280 FNTWTH= 84 FNTATR= 1 DATA =''X.
To be this instead:
:CPICOR CPI=15 ASCIIFNT= 400 /* <<-- Key setting change */ FNTWTH= 84 FNTATR= 1 DATA =''X.
These 'fonts' are defined further down in the file. Basically what it does is change it from using a 20 CPI font to a 16.67 CPI font.
We did contact support and all they told us to do was update the 'driver'. That did not help.
I was hoping that someone out there had already tweaked their WSCST set-up and could share the settings they changed.
I am from a dealer who sells both Xerox and Kyocera products. You may try using a PCL 5e or PCL 6 driver instead of the standard Post Script driver if that is the one you are using is not already the PCL driver sometimes they will print darker and at the correct size you may also look under the advanced tab and look for softfonts/subsitute fonts and have it download as a soft font instead of using the device fonts. Hope this helps.
Hello sj-subzero.

On a different printer (Kyocera), the text on a user report when from side to side with a normal margin. The size of the text was readable. This printer is using a WSCST of HP5SI.
They are now printing that same report to a Xerox WC 7545 MFP. The text on the report is not filling out the page. There is a much larger margin on the one side. The size of the text is smaller and barely readable.
This printer is using a WSCST from XTOOLS0713/XRXWC75XX.
Except for the WSCST, the Devices and OutQs are set-up the same. The settings on the SpoolFs are the same.
Any thoughts on why the Xerox is printing the report with smaller text size?
Thx.
