Hi there, trying powering the device down and back up in the steps below. This will allow the device to reset itself properly:
For Built-in EFI Fiery Controller
For External EFI Fiery Controller

The problem is simple as it is said in the subject. We have set up our Xerox C60 to store all scanned documents remotely on QNAP (NAS) through SMB protocol. There was a bunch of templates with quiality, format, etc. One day the printer was unpropriately shut down due to blackout.
Now, whenever we want to scan documents we receieve the error: The Job Template could not be retrieved. I have tried google it in vain.
Please, could any body explain the nature of the failure?
