Do you know what kind of accounting are you using - LAN accounting or standard accounting?
If you are using xerox standard accounting the problem is the driver configuration.
Go to the driver properties and select the Configuration tab. Have a look in the Accounting button. Sometimes the configuration is lost after updates.
Hello everyone.
I have a user who is unable to print from her machine. She has serveral codes (one for her personal account, one for her department, one for the organization) and every time she tried to print, she gets that message. She is able to make copies no problem with any one of the codes. And others are able to print using the codes as well. I dont know why she is unable to.
Can someone please help.
