Please provide fault codes from Fault History.

Have you checked/replaced the feed rollers?

If you replaced the fuser could be from feed rollers or from the registration transport assy (it is a known issue on WC3655 which have the same paper path).

The sheets are constantly stuck in the fuser part, replace with another fuser and the same problem happens, update the firmware to the most recent version and still the sheets are still stuck, do not print any get stuck in the fuser part. I would like to know if there is any solution for these types of problems.
