The printer URI is incorrect or no longer exists. CUPS 1.6.3 on RHEL 7.7

Added printer (Xerox WorkCentre 5335) with 5335.ppd (https://cs.uwaterloo.ca/twiki/pub/CF/XeroxWorkCentre5335/WorkCentre5335.ppd)  to CUPS 1.6.3 on RHEL 7.7 server, everything looks ok, but when I try to print a test page, the printer status changed to "The printer URI is incorrect or no longer exists."

The cupsd error log shows: "E [19/Nov/2019:13:30:00 -0800] [Job 32] The printer URI is incorrect or no longer exists."

Adding printer command:

lpadmin -E -p Van-B1-02 -v ipp://FQDN -D "Xerox WorkCentre 5335" -P /tmp/5335.ppd

I tried both ipp and http protocol, both are same error.

Network connection is ok, no firewall between Linux server and printer.

Please help me.
