I'm having an issue after I've started using a Huawei Mate20 into my intranet.
Everytime I try to share any document from Mate20, the printer crashes. Any attempt to reach the printer goes in timeout. I can ping the printer, but I can not print anything.
The only solution is to switch off and then on again.
Here attached the log from wireshark while sharing documents.
I searched our knowledgebase and found this solution that may help keep your device from falling off the network.
If that doesn't help, I would recommend contacting out Support Department at 1-800-821-2797.

but that solution doesn't fit me. When I ping the printer, no timeout occurs, so the printer theoretically is reacheable but if I try to print any document from any computer, the printer does not reply. When I try to share any document from my Mate20 (for example share a photo through WAPP), the printer fan starts to run and at the same time the 50 volts led is switched on. Usually the fan does not run and the 50 volt led is switched off. The only solution is to switch off the printer and then switch on again, but this procedure costs me a lot on inks!
could you tell me how to switch off the SNMP protocol? I've not been able to find any setup into the printer yet.
I think that the SNMP should be switched off into the printer, but in this way the computers can not read the printer status.
In the snapshot I attached the SNMP messages were sent by the Huawei Mate 20, ColoeQube was the listener.
The Mate20 IP addr was 192.168.0.128 (dynamic IP)
The colorqube IP addr was 192.168.0.21 (static IP)
No direct talking between Mate20 and ColorQube occurred except the strange destination IP addr 192.168.0.255 that may get the printer in crash.
