Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this article to make sure you have LPR / LPD enabled.  If this does not help and the issue is continuing please consider contacting your local support centre.

The printer only spool one job

Product Name: ColorQube 9301/9302/9303
Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

Hi!

I have a very strange problem.

In the jobs list of my Colorqube 9301 only appears one job at time and when it finishes then appears the follow.

The spooled jobs are listed in my 9301 driver's queue in my mac, but I can't find the way to see all jobs in 9301
