Hi,

Try to swap the drum cartridges between them (black with C or M or Y) to see if the problem is moving to another color. Replace the affected drum.

Hello,

I have a Xerox Workcentre 7845.  I am getting thick black lines through my prints and copies.  I attached a picture of the issue as well as the status of my supplies on the copier.  Any help would be much appreciated.
