Log into the printer (via *web interface or at the control panel) *-these instructions are from the web interface. Choose "System" / Defaults & Settings / Startup Page / turn it off here.

Try out these steps:

1. Pull the paper out of the printer’s paper feeder.
2. Open the Device Stage window (choose Start→Devices and Printers), right-click the printer, and choose See What’s Printing.
3. Right-click the runaway print job and choose Cancel.

If the job doesn’t delete, getting rid of it takes a little more time and effort.
