Replace Magenta and other 3 have Low change soon.
Can these messages be reset?

Ok. Am sending the cartridges back, which were supposed to be genuine and appeared in genuine Xerox box???? and will re-order direct from Xerox.
Will take a few days, so will get back when completed.
I have the same problem.
Printer stopped printing colour. Black & White printing only
The other toners were also showing as low, replace soon.
I therefore ordered a a complete set of 4 toners.
The origonal messages still appears - replace Magenta, other colours replace soon
I have tried giving them a shake and replacing.
I have also set printer to defaults.
I cannot print a configuration page.
Good printer but this is frustrating
It wants all of them replaced or just one?
There is absolutely no chance it was asking for all 4 at once unless the machine itself is physically broken, they cannot all run out at the same time (Well, they could, theoretically, but I am very confident it did not happen)
If it is just one, just take that one out and give it a few shakes (carefully) and put it back in, if it doesn't work, call Xerox and return as defective.
If it actually has separate errors for all 4 toners the machine is broken (Assuming you have the right toners)
The exact error(s) would make it more clear what the issue is

I am in need of assistance. I just replaced all toner in the printer. It will not print. It still states the toner needs to be replaced.
These are new out of the box. Inserted properly.
