Hi - I purchased the machine about six months ago and have already put nearly 1,000,000 prints on it. I print a lot and I have replaced parts and kept the machine in pretty good shape. All of the sudden, I started getting a lot of toner buildup inside of the machine. There is always a very large clump of magenta just to the left of the fuser as shown in the pictures. Sign and yellow also help build up but they are deeper in the machine because there is a shelf that collects the yellow and the sign goes into the company so those two are in a huge problem but the magenta is getting everywhere and starts to cause some issues. All of the sudden I got an error of 042-326…. I actually replaced the entire IBT unit along with the cleaner and that fixed the air but when I opened everything there was magenta toner and the other colors everywhere. I noticed that the developer units were all filthy so I actually took each of them out emptied them, and put in new developer thinking that would solve the problem. Unfortunately, it did not and now I am at a loss and out of options that I can think of. Does anyone have any idea why this toner could be building up in these locations? It is only concentrated at the very back of the machine where the end of the toner would be but it doesn’t look like the toner comes out of that end. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated thank you .!!
