Maybe. Upgrade to latest firmware. The release firmware had loose toner densiy ranges.

Toner density drops off after 20 prints of doc with large fill

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

First print is a good representation of customer's pdf, 2nd is after a 20 page run.

FW is latest SPAR (100.002.058.22800)

I have explained to my customer this is a business color MFP, not graphic color printer. The fill is so great I'm sure the toning system is not keeping up. Anyone know if there is a way to increase the volume of toner added without saturating the developer during normal use? Thanks
