Toner dispenser not working

How are you testing the toner dispense to see if it is working?

After replacing the toner dispenser, did you prime the dispenser?

Thats the wierd part, we never got a code. In the middle of printing we noticed it was all the sudden starved of cyan. Opened it up and the developer unit was clogged. Replaced developer unit, and cleared the pipe from the dispensor and still didnt work. So I replaced the entire dispensor unit. None of the augers on the dispensor unit are turning (there are 4). All the other colors are turning. Any suggestions?

What was the code you received prior to replacing the toner dispenser? Was it 93-316?

Normally the code must be reset in diagnostics. Are you familiar with how to get into diagnostics and change settings?

Versant 2100 - The cyan toner dispenser quit working, I replaced the entire unit and it still is not turning or even trying to turn. What else would cause this other than the toner level sensor and the toner motor being bad?
