You can try gently shaking the new toner side to side to see if that fixes your issue.

Toner indicator on after installing new cartridge

Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

I just bought this a couple of months ago.  The cartridge that came with it ran out after just a couple hundred copies.  I received a new one today and installed it but the toner indicator light remains on and, of course, I cannot print.  The printer window says the printer "may be out of toner."  It is not.  I've removed it and re-installed it.  I've unplugged and restarted the machine.  No joy.  Now what?
