Unable to print clean envelopes, the toner is not fusing, it's light and also smudges. I get repeat ghost images of text. Same problem with printing onto standard Avery label stock. All stock is specced as 'laser compatible'. Printing onto standard 20# stock is clean and smudge-free. I have used Tools/Admin Settings and adjusted paper type, BTR and Fusing to accommodate stock changes, no help there. This printer is about 3 years old, light usage, and it was just serviced [in an attempt to fix this problem]. Suggestions?
