Please take a look at the tips for print quality issues.  Pay particular attention to programing the correct settings for the paper you are printing to and do a calibration.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi people, i am new here and i am doing because i am exhausted in trying to solve this issue, my problem is that i do not have grey tones, black color prints to dark so there is not grey tones so i get to dark black printing other colors are working ok, i have done this

1. changed 4 drums

2. cleaned the drums de mirror

3. full cleaned de printer

4. full reseted including de service mode

5. always i have used genuine xerox parts

6 tried with different drivers

7. i have upgraded firmware

8. also tried with postcrip driver and the same issue

i have uploaded to printed file, one from 6605 and another a hp 1212. the hp print grey tones and 6605 to dark there is not grey tones you can see image to dark not details

i have chance to eco mode or draft when printing i get a little bit of grey tone, the issue is that the printer is sending to much k toner to printing

i will appreciate any help you could offer me, thank you
