Hello ozstar,

I am not sure if you have tried this yet, but in this article there are steps to clean the feed rollers and exit sensors.I would recommend giving this a try to see if it helps.

Too many paper jams that are not jams at all

Product Name: ColorQube 8570
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

I have too many paper jams that are not jams at all. Sometikes say sno paper but there is.

It is either the MFT tray or the bottom tray.  Never has there been any paper. I am so tired of it, as it has impacted my productivity to where I have to fix it or ditch it.

I explictly follow all the instructions, Open A or B or take out lower tray or whatever but it keeps happening.

Please help. Is there a log file wheer it can be checked to see what the problem is?
