Top of page printing faded

Hello dylantech,

I found this article that gives a couple things you can try to fix this issue.

Start of the page is printing faded, and missing the very top all together. Tried almost everything suggested on Xerox website, cannot find a solution. Rest of the page prints perfect. Copying/faxing works perfect. Issue only occurs on print jobs, from all computers in office.
