Hi joris85, the Touchless App was retired in June of 2022 and is no longer available in the App Gallery.
You can use the @PrintbyXerox App, which should be on the device by default, or the Xerox Quick Link App in conjunction with the WorkPlace Mobile App. You should have similar functionality with the either of those apps but as the @PrintbyXerox app should be loaded on the device by default, there should be minimal configuration required.

For App Gallery Support, and I think this would fall under the App Gallery, you can send an email to: xerox.app.gallery.feedback@xerox.com. Is that the email that you sent your inquiry to 6 weeks ago?

Suddenly our printer does not allow touchless access anymore.
You might think some firewall is blocking outgoing communication, but its not, the DNS domain mdf-touchlessaccess.services.xerox.com just does not resolve to any IP address any longer. We are running the latest firmware though.
"There is a problem with DNS resolution, can't contact the nameserver".
But no nameserver can ever resolve that url it just doesn't exist.
DNS setting in the device are set correctly anyway. It seems xerox has taken the url used in the printer out of service?

I already emailed support of Touchless access 6 weeks ago but they are not providing any response. Anyone an idea what do to next?
