Hello Surath,

First thing I would recommend is to make sure that the paper settings for tray 1 EXACTLY match (color, type, size) with what is listed in the print driver print menu pull down. If you still get the message you may need to do a quick exchange of your device.

Tray 1

Product Name: Phaser 3260
Operating System: Windows 8 x64
Although I select tray one as the paper source the printer won’t print saying that the manual feed slot is empty.
