Tray 2 jamming on every thrid print

Hi,

604K56080  (kit with 3 rollers for one tray) is the part number. Take out the tray and look inside on the left hand. You will see the rollers.

Tray 3 is jamming on every thrid print, could this be the tray rollers and if can anyone provide the correct part number and any instructions on changing them?

For reference, the 7830 has printed a total of 362382.
