This issue has only started in the last 2 weeks. all the trays are fine and have the correct paper. All other users are fine. One user has this problem.
When the user prints PDFs from a website and uses the default printer a warning occurs and the printing scout status below pops up. The only way to recover this is via the web interface and cancel the job. The server status during this problem is printer offline!
We have checked for Adobe updates, we are considering going back to an earlier version.
The same printer is used by at least 8 other users. All the printers are mapped durig logon using a script so the config matches. It's only a problem with this one user.
Are there any page settings that could have somehow been changed locally? I believe this is a client side issue.
Any help much appreciated.

Problem has been resolved.
There was a setting enabled on the client side. For anyone else this may save a small headache.
It would seem that the PDFs generated via the online portal used by the client were using a US format page setting. With this option enabled it forced the wrong paper type and sent the printer offline. The option turned off resolves the issue for us.
