Trays not Showing in Properties

Hello,

I've setup a xerox workcentre 5230A on my network, and when printing I was able to view printer properties and it would tell me what type of paper each Tray had, and I can choose the tray.

Right now, when I print I do not see what paper is in my trays and can only select Tray numbers, how can I get back the old funcionality I had before?

PS: Some computers on the network can see the trays, and others cannot.

you need to enable bidirectional support and point to the IP address of the machine

You can find it in the last tab of the options of the xerox driver
