Hello ChrisBan35,
Here are a few articles you can check out to see if this helps. If not, I would recommend calling Support and speaking with 2nd Level: 1-800-821-2797
We found how to setup chromebook for Xerox products. However, the print job makes it to the Xerox Versalink C7030 but will not print. It claims there's a printer error with an "emulation conflict".
We simply followed the rules listed here - https://www.xerox.com/en-ie/office/software-solutions/chromebook-printing - In the subheading - "How Xerox Can Help" - Yet, it's not that simple.
Xerox needs to create a driver for chromebook. It's that simple. The OS platform is becoming more and more popular and there's plenty of clients moving in this direction.
Right now, I need help in protecting a client that has already committed to a Xerox purchase with the anticipation of using their chromebooks on this device. They also have 2 PC's which are printing just fine with no problems at all. Any help or guidance in more specific guidelines I might want to follow is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
