We have a production Nuvera 120EA printer. I set up the networked printer on a 64bit Windows 7 machine and when I try to access the printing preferences of the printer, explorer crashes. I am at a loss. I have tried removing the printer and adding it again. I have removed the driver and added it again. I can get it to work on the 32 bit version of Windows with the 32 bit driver. Any suggestions? I only see one version of the 64 bit driver out on the Xerox web site. Also, if you look at the description of that driver, it doesn't mention Windows 7, only Windows XP and Windows Vista as supporting that driver.
