Re: Trying to print wirelessly to ethernet-only Xerox Phaser 7500 DN using client-mode option on tp-

Hi ,

Since your laptop and the smart phone and the printer are connected on the same network then you can print.

1-connect your laptop to your wifi network wirelessly !

2- connect the printer to your network by ethernet Cable and assign the appropriate network seetings "IP,SubnetMaskand Gateway "

3- install the printer driver  !

Trying to print wirelessly to ethernet-only Xerox Phaser 7500 DN using client-mode option on tp-link

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

So, I have a Xerox Phaser 7500 DN, and I'd like to print wirelessly to it eventhough it only has ethernet. This is the device I bought:

https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/wifi-router/tl-wr902ac/

I've got it connected to the printer via USB and Ethernet cord. Not sure how to set it up. I'd like to print from my laptop (wirelessly) and my smartphone. I spoke with tp-link customer service, they said contact Xerox cs during normal business hours. I reset the network settings on the printer. What do I do? Should I just take the tp-link back and get this:

Do I need a wireless print server?
