When logged in with PIV, it is not using SAMACCOUNTNAME, So it looks like you are a different person. When i log in with username and password i can get the prints ouot fine. 

when looking to retrieve my print jobs, when i am logged in with PIV, it shows the PIV number not the user associated with it.

When logged in with ad account and go to retrieve my print jobs it shows my correct username and i am able to retireve my print jobs.

Update. I upgraded the printer to 103.001.001.05400. Now i am able to login to the printer with PIV. It is just that when I do i do not see my print jobs. I have to login with AD credentials to do that. Need to go back over the document to see what i missed.

Trying to setup get print jobs using PIV card

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have been asked to setup PIV card authentication. I have the certs in place, i have setup both PIV and AD authentication. WHen i put my PIV in login i get this error

Sorry it appears that the card you have choosen is expired. Which it is not since i use it to log into my desktop.

The AD authentication works find and i am able to retrieve my print jobs.

I started to look into firmware\Software and noticed that it is really old. current version is 101.001.019.20200. Not sure if I need to update firmware or not. I think so but just wanted to check out there if someone else had this issue and was able to resolve it.
