I was able to insert the spring back in vertically in place. The paper fed properly and the printer was functional once again.
Dear TammyL-Xerox, 1-11-2021
As per your suggestion, I called your support department and spoke with a person today. He was however of the opinion that the parts at the back are all fixed, and cannot be taken out. I somehow could not convince him, that two levers and a spring did come out, and I put them back, but I am not putting them in the correct position. Therefore I was not even able to direct his attention to image #4 for the two levers, CathyO-Xerox suggested to 'Salina' on 03-27-2020 at 11:38 pm.
The suggestion your person at the support department gave me was to contact a local repair company and get it repaired.
If you have any other suggestion, I would appreciate that. Anyway, my sincere thanks to you for your help.
Sincerely
kce
Hello kce,

CathyO-Xerox on 03-27-2020 at 12:38 pm, while providing a solution to 'Salina' on this site to correct paper jam, asked her to check out image #4 in the solution for the two levers at the back that need to be put in the correct position.
While trying to correct a paper jam, I opened the back of the printer, and accidentally pulled out the same two levers, and a very small spring. I have no idea how to put them back. If somebody can help, I would really appreciate. I have the image #4 with me, and it can be sent by email to anyone willing to help. Thanks.
