i see in the latest release a fix for smb erros :

• Devices fail SMB network authentication when Windows Servers are configured for NTLM version 2

maybe you cantry upgraiding to : 061.132.221.29100

or wait, because within 2 weeks there will be version 35000 released

you have to call xerox to obtain that release
