UNIDENTIFIED INK STICK

Product Name: ColorQube 8700
Operating System: Windows 10

I havent reload a new yellow ink stick yet and there seems to be 3 sticks currently inside the ink slot but the supplies under the machine status registers 100%. The machine is not letting us print and showing a current fault that an Unidentified Yellow Ink Stick detected. Its advising me to remove it from the ink slot but I dont know how. And I dont understnad why there is an unidentified stick when they all came from the same box ordered from xerox canada.
