Here is the latest firmware, run it from any desktop PC on the LAN and it should update it to the latest and no settings should be lost. Lengh of time depends on how far back you go, if you are way back on an 071 firmware it will take a long time (hours)

yes, seen that issue also with older 78xx models, starting with firmware version 71 

when upgrading to the latest 73 firmware version, this issue is resolved

you dont need to change settings like Joe mentioned above

i dont think options Joe is mentioning excist on older firmwares, on newer firmmwares its probaly enabled by default :)

Hello,
I have a WC7835 Printer installed USB, I had already activated the USB Port and it works.
The problem is when printing while the printer on Energy Saver Mode, it become offline and printing is blocked.
