Unable To Print With Outlook With Xerox Standard Accounting Turned On - Windows 10 Environment

Has anyone had any trouble printing from Outlook when a end-user has Xerox Standard Accounting turned on?  Currently, I am having users print-to-pdf first, and then printing the pdf.  Additionally, I have been told some users are able to print from their OWA account.  Any feedback will be appreciated :)  The boxes most commonly used are 5800's and 7800's.

Thank you guys in advance,

Daryl

There should be no issue with the V3 drivers (I suggest the Xerox Global print driver PS), but there is a caveat.

You can't just do File>Print, you have to get to the Xerox portion of the driver, otherwise it never gets queried due to the first screen in outlook replacing the typical File > Print window from other applications. Chrome has the same problem.

Do I understand that correctly, you just have to open the properties and print then and then it should work?

Usually on the first print, not typically after that until the next time Outlook or the PC is restarted.

The issue is caused because they don't actually invoke the driver, the application queries the device to see what options they can embed in the ribbon menu when you select print, and since MS does not have a need for print accounting, they don't query it. So you need to do it by selecting Properties. Once you have done it, because MS Office apps don't use the system defaults, and instead use "last used settings" the option should stay enabled for print (until reboot or the app itself gets shut down.

I can't give you a 100% guarantee, you will just have tyo try it and see.
