Hello, my name is Ridhi Sharma. I bought a new printer WorkCentre 6515, which has Wi-Fi capabilities. The printer is connected to my Wi-Fi network but I'm facing issues while trying to download the driver from Xerox support website.
The driver installation process is unable to detect the printer even after manually entering the printer IP address or name. I tried power cycling the printer and installing the driver on different devices including my MacBook and other PC, but it didn't work. Both computers are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer. I also tried accessing the printer configuration settings by typing its IP address into a web browser but that didn't work either.
This issue is causing problems with my work, as I'm unable to print receipts for patients in my Ayurvedic healthcare department. Can you please help me resolve this issue promptly? Thank you.
