Hello satwikparuchuru, 

 

Based on the error it sounds like the file is the issue. Have you tried printing other PDF files do they work?  If you still need assistance please include the model of printer so the forum users can better assist you with this issue. 

 

PDF exception is: The file is damaged and could not be repaired.

Unable to Print a Document

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello, 

I'm unable to print a specific document. I'm getting an error like below:

PDF exception is: The file is damaged and could not be repaired.
PDF exception is: Bad error code
%%[ Error: undefinedfilename; OffendingCommand: pdfprint )%%
Enhanced Xerox Postscript Error Handler 
ERROR: undefinedfilename
OFFENDING COMMAND: pdfprint

 

Can I know why I'm unable to print ?
