Again, the Global driver does not support the 6505, so it would automatically go into Basic Print Mode or something else and can't be guaranteed to work.
Install a driver from the link you provided and you will get the correct driver.
Here is the list of global drivers available:
Is any sort of accounting setup on the printer?
Can the user log in to another PC and print in color there? That would tell you if her profile is the issue (problem follows her)
If it doesn't follow her, can someone else print in color from here PC? (Tells if the driver is in some way corrupted)
Since every user on other PC's print properly, it realistically should only be an issue on the profile of the user or the PC itself, and make sure it isn't an app specific scenario. You don't want to troubleshoot all day and find out she checked a box.
Or someone messed up the Color mode in Properties for the user
Since it is a user specific thing the driver doesn't matter nearly as much as the setup.
Operating system in use versus what everyone else is on?
Driver install method?
PCL or Postscript?
Is color not an option or is it there and does nothing at all?
Is it on a Domain and are Group policies in use?
Since there are only 3 print drivers at the link you provided, what was the 3rd print driver you refer to?
Network or USB connection?
And the global drivers can't be used, they don't support the printer, which is why it isn't listed at your link, so if you tried it, it would likely go to Basic Print Mode with no color options
I have one user who is unable to print in color on this printer, even though others are able to print in color, I have reinstalled the driver, tried a 3 different global drivers but it keeps doing the same thing. I tried to use the driver found on the Xerox website:
http://www.support.xerox.com/support/workcentre-6505/downloads/enus.html?operatingSystem=win7x64
Printer keeps printing on B&W and this is only happening to one user, do you have any
