The image hasn't been approved by moderators yet, so I'm unable to see it.

Did you see any delayed responses or timeouts?

Re: Unable to Print

Open a command prompt on your desktop computer (the one that is not allowing printing) and do a continuous ping of the printer IP.

Ping 192.168.50.98 -t

This will ping the printer continuously. Let this run for several minutes. Look for slow responses and/or "Request timed out" messages.

The normal response times should be no more than 1-3 milliseconds.

I thought I sent this already but here is another copy of Wireshark output after I submitted a print job.  My printer IP is 192.168.50.98 and the computer is 192.168.50.104.  Gary2021-08-25_12-00-45.jpg

I have reinstalled the driver several times after rebooting the computer. I have only used the V4 driver. It has worked fine up until this week. I have not rolled back windows. I do not know what Wireshark is. I will look it up. Gary

No print server and no authentication settings on the printer. The print jobs never show up on the computer.

Other brainstorming

1. I assume you are not using a print server in your setup?

2. I assume you are not using any type of accounting or authentication settings on the printer?

3. If the printer has a completed job log, see if the jobs you are printing are actually getting to the printer job queue, but then being deleted for some reason (without providing a message)..
