Gary,
1. Remove the current v4 printer/driver
2. Manually install this v3 PS driver C400 v3 PS driver
3. Setup as local printer using standard TCP/IP port
4. Do not share the printer (or use a shared printer)
If you feel that this post resolves the issue, please provide kudos and Accept this as the solution.

What I sent you was the ping test after I replugged in the printer. The ping of course did not work when the printer was turned off. I did not send that picture to you. Gary
Also please do a google search on how to print out a configuration sheet/report on your printer. Then print the sheet and keep it handy.
Is the printer IP setup as static or DHCP (dynamic)?
Andy
This situation really feels like 192.168.50.98 does not point to your printer (or possible duplicate IP). Let's make sure.
1. Please turn off the printer completely.
2. Now open the command prompt from your computer and use the following command. (This does not need to be in admin mode).
ping 192.168.50.98 -t
3. The pings should fail at this point.
4. After 30 seconds, with the ping still running on your computer, turn on the printer.
5. The pings should begin to see a response (should no longer fail).
Let me know if this is what you see.
Andy
