Unable to Print

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi,

I have a Xerox WorkCentre 3335 for the last 5 months. I have been using without any problem. Today I am getting a message:

Resolve Tray 1 Paper Mis-match

If printing, ensure print driver and machine Tray infoermation matches. If copying, ensure Tray information on the user Interface and paper in tray matches.

What does the above mean. How do I resolve this so that i can start printing.

Hello manjulali19,

That message usually means the paper that is loaded in the tray does not match what is listed on the driver. Here are some steps to help resolve this issue.
