Unable to Print

What's even more weird is that shortly after I read one of your updated posts, I find a strange new document sitting in my printer output tray. It's been happening all day...

At this point I can only assume that a Win10 update broke something. But that never happens! ;)

If I find anything else to try, I will report back.

I turned off the firewall, antivirus, anti spam, everything that is in Bitdefender.  I tried printing a test page out of the manage device screen in Windows 10 for the printer and no printing took place.  It says the job was in queue briefly and then the queue clears.  I cannot understand this behavior.  Gary

I didn't see you previous post about already disabling the firewall.

Try the LPR protocol option instead of the RAW option.

I'm running out of things to suggest without being on site.

Its a long shot, but I would also send the next test print from the print driver to eliminate any application issues as well.

All they show is the program and the fact that bitdefender allows the programs to pass through the firewall both directions.

Not sure why jpegs are no longer showing.  The first batch did. they show that I am allowing the xeroxprintexperience, xeroxprintjobeventmanagerloader, and xeroxreg to operate.
