Unable to Print

Product Name: VersaLink C505 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

How do I clear error with job 024-965?

Tried printing a receipt, had a jam, cleared jam and printer went to bypass tray.  I tried to search for how I can put it back to the normal paper tray and don't know how.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this article from the online knowledgebase Fault Code 024-965, 024-966: Paper Specified for Printing is Not Detected.  This article contains a link to the configure tray article which should help get back to tray 1 as your default tray.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
