Unable to configure Convert task

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I'm using Process Manager 8.0.3 and Adobe Acrobat Pro 10.  I used the Distiller to create a default profile and there is a directory (...Xerox\FreeFlow\Settings) full of .joboption files, but when I go to configure a Convert task in Process Manager, it says, "Error: No profiles are available."  Where is it looking for these profiles?
