Unable to download software

Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Just purchased the B210 and toally regret the decision. In order to set up I need software, software is on CD - I've not used a CD in years and MacBook's don't have CD drives. I've tried to download the drivers/software from Xerox but the .DMG file download doesn't work. I've tried the Support chat and was told that they couldn't help as the chat was for US customers and I'm in the UK. So tried the UK chat and they are closed for the w/e. Arghhhh!

So is there anway to download the drivers for Catalina 10.15.6?
