Unable to fully print A3 on WorkCentre 7345

if you goto printing preferences, choose more settings then specify output to a3 AND original size to A3, that will solve your problem

Hi.

I have a customer with a Xerox WorkCentre 7345 that are having problems printing A3 correctly, mostly from Adobe Acrobat reader.

The symptom is that when A3 paper is selected in the printing dialog, the measurements on preview don't change and the result on the printer is a A4 centered on a A3 paper. I have tried all the different settings in the print dialog regarding expanding/fit to paper etc, but the end result is the same.

How do we resolve this issue?

Print server: Windows Server 2008 R2
Terminal server: Windows Server 2008 R2
Print driver: Global Print Driver PCL6 v 5.216.12.0N
