Unable to print #10 envelopes

Thanks for responding to my querry.

I solved the problem by paying 3rd party. It is a flaw in MS Office 365 Word and ostensibly MS is aware of it.

The work around reuires, do not use the envelope function in Mailings and instead use the customize form to enter the envelope dimensions.

I few things to check, is this only happening from this one word document have you tried others?  Make sure that the tray attributes and what is selected in the print driver properties matches exactly.  If you're still having issue I would suggest that you call into the support department for more assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

OS is macOS Ventura 13.0.1

Using MS Office 365 Word . All parameters are set to print envelope, but printer prints 8 1/2' x 11".

Anyone run into similar problems? Any fixes?
