Re: Unable to print an A5 document trough the MPT without it being reduced.

I've now sorted this issue - for anyone else having the same problem . . .

Tried printing from my MacBook - perfect - which led me to believe that the Windows driver was at fault! Removed and then reloaded the Windows driver - problem solved.

Unable to print an A5 document trough the MPT without it being reduced.

Product Name: ColorQube 8580
Operating System: Windows 11

I'm trying to print an A5 Word document via the MPT tray. as it's cardstock, however, just using plane paper gives the same results. The printer GUI recognises the document to be A5. I select tray 1 (MPT) trough the Printer Properties. The printer always prints the document down to A6.

I've tried setting the paper size , in Printer Properties, from A4 to A5 with no change.

I'm using the latest printer driver and GUI. The older style printer GUI worked!!

If I can't get this issue sorted before next weekend I have to have my printing done elswhere - most anoying!

Any help would be appreciated - Dave H.
