Unable to print - fault code 092-320

Product Name: VersaLink C400 Color Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

I am unable to print and the printer instructed me to re-insert my Cyan cartridge, which I did and restated the printer. I am still receiving the fault code 092-320.  Any suggestions?
