Hello Beenman,
It appears you have it selected properly. I am not sure why this is happeneing. You could try and do a reinstall of the print driver. Another option is contacting Support to speak with a Product Specialist: 1-800-821-2797
Looks like that is the correct place based on this Xerox article.

Hi Cathy,
Last I checked it showed the actual model of the printer listed in the print mode area. This is the correct location right? I know at one point I saw an actual "Print Mode" some place but can't find it now. If this is not correct can you please point me in the right direction? Thanks
Hello Beenman,
I wonder if you have the Global Print Driver in Basic Print Mode? Try changing it to WorkCentre mode.
Hello,
It seems I've happened upon an oddity with the Xerox Global Print Driver V5.759.5.0 where if you are trying to print a Word document in Landscape orientation it will always default to Portrait. Now I select Landscape on the Page Setup screen and then click Print and the document comes out Portrait. When I go into Print Properties > Document Options > Orientation tab, I find that Portrait is selected and the options to change it are greyed out. However if I do the exact same thing in Excel it will print Landscape each time without trouble and the Print Properties > Document Options > Orientation tab shows all options available to change.
The more I use this driver the buggier it seems. Is there any way to access earlier versions of the Xerox Global Print Driver so I could try to workaround the issue? When I search the website for drivers it doesn't load much of any historical V3 drivers for an AltaLink B8155.
Thanks
