l use printer Xerox FX DocuCentre S2520, but when l print excel and word, printer shows error "Auto Paper Error" "Set Paper as follows" "Size: 8.5x11", Tray 1,2,5"
As default paper size 8.5x11 on print setting screen, so l changed paper size to A4 (210*297 mm) which is matched with paper in tray but it is still same.
l tried to reinstall printer drive but it didn't work, and print e-mail and pdf files are OK.
Could you please help to advise ?

You need to make sure the paper in the tray matches EXACTLY to the paper in the print menu of Excel and Word. Size, type, and orientation need to match EXACTLY.
