Unable to print

Product Name: EX7856
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have an EC7856 that will not print. I send document to print and job will not appear on print queue on the MFP.

I can ping the printer IP and get a response with no issues, I can see the printer on my browser with no problems. Printer is configured on the network correctly. Software was upgraded to the latest version. I can scan to email with no issues. Any suggestions as to what may be causing the problem?

Check The Port settings Under the printer properties 

make sure the correct ip address is configured 

and try to change the settings as the attached port 1.PNG

Hi Jtorres,

Try this. Go here   C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS folder. Do you see anything there? If so, type  Services in your run box / scroll to Print Spooler / right-click and choose Start / go back into the PRINTERS folder & delete everything there / now go back and right click Printer Spooler and choose start. Try printing.
